Positiv: Tolle Wohnung. Neu, geräumig mit allem was man braucht. Man fühlt sich beim Eintreten sofort wohl. Check in verlief reibungslos. Kontakt zur Vermieterin könnte nicht besser sein. Sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

100%ig empfehlenswert - wir kommen wieder

Positiv: Direkt am Rathausplatz von Augsburg mit Blick auf Rathausplatz und Steingasse. Die Einrichtung ist neu und richtig stylisch. Selten habe ich so eine toll eingerichtete, saubere und durchdachte Ferienwohnung gesehen. Eines der Highlights ist der Fernseher, der sich auf Knopfdruck von Hochformat auf Querformat dreht. Trotz zentraler Lage ist es nachts ruhig, die Fenster sind top.

Excellent location and a modern apartment

Positiv: A renovated stylish apartment just right next to the main square. Spacious living room and a bedroom, comfortable big bed and a sofa-bed, big bathroom with a washing machine and toiletries. Wooden floors, soundproof windows, modern appliances. Downstairs there is a trendy bakery which conveniently opens early in the morning. The apartment faces an office building which for us didn't cause any privacy issues. There is no parking provided, but you can find a covered parking in a 5 mins walking distance with acceptable daily rates and spaces available (paid by card). We were presented with a welcome voucher for the bakery and a discount for the parking. The communication over the app was prompt and clear and they rectified minor issues immediately. We will definitely choose this apartment for our next stay in Augsburg.

Negativ: The apartment wasn't cleaned very well and there was no vacuum cleaner or a mop provided which caused us some inconvenience. The windows have an excellent isolation, but there is no AC. We had to keep windows open for air circulation (summer) which was a bit of an issue in the evening due to the buzz from the coffeeshops on the square.

Excellent choice in the heart of a beautiful city

Positiv: This is a very comfortable apartment in a perfect location adjacent to the central square. Ideal for visiting the Christmas markets and enjoying beautiful Augsburg. I will definitely stay here next time.

Positiv: Todo el apartamento es moderno y bonito y dejaron agua y articulos esenciales de cortesia

Negativ: No había mesa de noche ni luz en uno de los lados de la cama. Estamos acostumbrados a usar microondas y lo extrañamos.
