Positiv: Sowohl Einrichtung als auch die zentrale Lage waren sehr angenehm.

Negativ: Aufgrund der Hauptstraße hört man die Autos sehr. Muss man mit umgehen können.

Schön eingerichtetes Apartment mit viel Komfort!

Positiv: Sehr unkomplizierter Kontakt, sehr klare und schnelle Kommunikation! Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine waren vorhanden, sehr praktisch, wenn man selbst keine solche Maschine besitzt!

Negativ: Recht schlecht isolierte Fenster - Der Straßenlärm kommt fast ungedämpft in die Wohnung.

Positiv: Sehr saubere und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung

Negativ: Die Fenster könnten etwas Schalldichter sein ansonsten top.

Positiv: Ferienwohnung , welche keine Wünsche offen lässt...

Positiv: Alles war bestens, einfaches einchecken, in der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, wie beschrieben.

Negativ: Einzige negative war das Öffnen der Haustür, klappte nicht immer sofort obwohl das System schon gut ist

Positiv: Everything about our stay in this place was great, it was firts class, and it was best choice we could make. I highly recommend it to anyone willing to visit Munich and its whereabouts.

Une expérience excellente !

Positiv: L'emplacement par rapport à la gare (8 mn à pied), du centre-ville (5 mn) et des commerces (au pied de l'immeuble). L'appartement est spacieux, confortable, très lumineux et bien chauffé. Les équipements sont de qualité : literie, salle à manger, salle de bain sont impeccables.

Negativ: Un peu de bruit à l'extérieur, en particulier celui des cloches des 2 églises situées à proximité qui donnent l'heure même de nuit. Mais cela n'a pas troublé plus que ça notre sommeil. Il serait judicieux qu'au lieu d'une grande armoire avec penderie, la chambre à coucher située à l'étage soit dotée d'un WC. Ainsi cela éviterait d'avoir à emprunter l'escalier quand on a besoin d'aller aux toilettes la nuit.

Positiv: Квартира прямо в центре, рядом очень много кафе и ресторанов , много магазинов

Negativ: Немного был запах канализации , но это наверное из за того, что отсутствовал канал вентиляции и при сливе воды в раковину запах поднимался в квартиру

Was good because it was nice having a place I could cook my own food and everything.

Positiv: It was located in the same town of my grandparents and I had a whole apartment to myself.

Negativ: WiFi was out the whole time and they finally gave me a hotspot to use for the rest of my stay.

Appartamento carino e comodo

Positiv: Appartamento molto carino, ben equipaggiato con tv, cucina, frigo e macchinetta del caffè, posizione ottima sia per vedere il paese che per prendere la S-bahn per monaco. Sono stati molto gentili e veloci nell’emettere la fattura.

Negativ: In generale tutto bene, un paio di cose per migliorare come lo zucchero (molto gentili a lasciare le capsule per il caffè ma senza zucchero la mattina è una sofferenza) e un paio di asciugamani in più (sono due a testa ma uno in più non guasterebbe). Ultima cosa, le indicazioni per arrivare non sono chiarissime (o io non sarò molto brava) in ogni caso non guasterebbe ricevere un po’ di assistenza telefonica (già uno arriva stanco dal viaggio, si possono evitare inutili frustrazioni).
