Positiv: die Lage so nah an der Innenstadt,auch die Sauberkeit und großzügigen Balkone. Schöner Blick in die umliegenden Berge
Negativ: Die Zimmer im Soutettain sind etwas muffig und ohne Tageslicht, geht gar nicht! Es müsste dort gemalert werden.

Positiv: Die Ferienwohnung ist groß und hat eine super Ausstattung. Ideal ist die Lage am Ortsrand von Garmisch, sodass man zu Fuß in 5 Minuten sowohl in der Einkaufszone Garmisch ist, auf der anderen Seite aber auch in 5 Minuten am Berg.
Negativ: Leider gab es, entgegen der Ausschreibung, keine Waschmaschine.

Wonderful
Positiv: The property is amazing! Very spacious, we were a group of 9 adults playing inline skate hockey for team GB. I would highly recommend this property for any teams as a washing machine/drying room for all kit in the basement, separate rooms and shower and toilet facilities in basement too. Lovely big lounge and dining table to accommodate all when we ate/socialised in our down time. The wrap around balcony. The view from every window was beautiful. The staff very attentive and prompt at replying. So close to lake eisbee and the gorge and the Zugspitze, all reachable within 20mins drive.
Negativ: We loved everything!

Highly recommended for groups, families and couples. You wont be disappointed!
Positiv: Location is excellent, a mere 10 minute walk right in to the heart of the town. Lots of quality restaurants and bars to enjoy. Shops are 10 minute walk. Stunning scenery to wake up to. Lots of room in the apartment with lots of space to give everyone their own chill out area. Balconies all around the house lets you sit outside in the sun all day. Highly recommended!!!
Negativ: The washing machines and drier were not available without paying the hosts. Would of liked to use the dryer to dry wet clothing without calling hosts. It rains a lot off and on in the Alps!

Lovely home with space for a large group! Has everything you need and a beautiful view from the balconies of the amazing
Positiv: It was a lovely property in a great location. There were 14 of us and we had 7 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The living space was large and there was plenty of space for eating. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances etc and there was even a washer and dryer. It had a lot of balcony space which I’m sure would be wonderful in other seasons. We were there for the Christmas & New Year holidays.
Negativ: A couple beds need new mattresses as they were bowed.

Positiv: Wij huurde Zugspitze voor 9 mensen dat betekent dat je de eerste verdieping en de kelder huurt. De beganegrond wordt verhuurt onder de naam Alpenspitze. De kelder is lekker donker en rustig om te slapen. De eerste verdieping is goed ingericht. Keuken en eettafel zijn fijn. Vloer verwarming in de badkamer is lekker.
Negativ: In de omschrijving stond dat ze een tafeltennistafel hadden maar dat is niet zo. De bank zit niet lekker. De bedden zijn te zacht. Ze hebben van die lattenbodems met dunne latjes die zijn veel te slap. Met name wanneer je boven de 80 weegt.

Positiv: Great location, wonderful view. Free parking. The interior is simple, but has everything needed. There is plenty of kitchenware and dishes, which was enough for 12 people. All appliances worked perfectly. There are a lot of local restaurants within walking distance.
Negativ: Bells in the nearby churches ring periodically at night, which might disturb light sleepers. No washing machine. We didn’t really need it, but this should be kept in mind for those who are planning a long-time stay.

Op één onderdeel na (ONTBREKEN SLAAPKAMER) goed.
Positiv: Gezellig ingericht, mooi huis vooral boven, basement iets minder
Negativ: We boekten dit huis omdat er 7 slaapkamers zouden zijn, er waren er 6... Bij navraag bleek er één afgesloten te zijn, omdat er iets stuk was.. Vreemde zaak, nogmaals, wij wilden 7 slaapkamers gebruiken. Na dat gezegd te hebben, is er niets aan gedaan, de kamer bleef afgesloten. Restitutie van een zevende deel van het huurbedrag?
