Schönes großes Apartment für Familien. Schöner Aufenthalt
Positiv: Das Apartment war sehr schön, gemütlich und sauber wie auf den Bildern. Zwar ist die Lage sehr zentral in der Stadt auch an einer Hauptstrasse, davon bekommt man aber zum Glück kaum etwas mit, da alle Fenster und Balkone genau auf der anderen Seite mit Sicht auf die Berge sind. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage, die wir aber nur genutzt haben, wenn es an der Strasse keinen Parkplatz gab. Das Apartment ist gut eingerichtet und man fühlt sich schnell heimisch und wohl. Zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts gab es zwar ein Gerüst für laufende Fassadenarbeiten am Haus (weswegen die Sicht auf die Berge vom Balkon leicht behindert war) sowie auch einen defekten Fahrstuhl, doch die Agentur hat uns aus diesem Grund einen sehr großzügigen Nachlass gegeben und der Kontakt mit der Agentur war durchweg sehr freundlich.

Positiv: Die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung und natürlich die wunderbare Lage.
Negativ: Leider war ein Gerüst am Haus angebracht, sodass unsere Aussicht auf die Berge behindert war und wir auch nicht den Balkon nutzen konnten. Aber das Gerüst ist wohl nur momentan dort, da Renovierungen am Haus stattfinden.

Positiv: Zentrale Lage zwischen Garmisch und Partenkirchen, sehr ruhig, alles gut fußläufig erreichbar. Toller Blick auf die Berge. Sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. FW ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Man kann sich wirklich wie zuhause fühlen. Empfehlen wir gern weiter.

Top Wohnung
Positiv: Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Vermitterin war kompetent und sehr freundlich. Obwohl die Wohnung an einer Hauptstraße liegt, hört man nichts mehr vom Verkehr, sobald man die großzügige Wohnung betritt oder sich auf dem großen Balkon befindet, der zudem eine super Sicht auf die Berge bietet. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der zweiten Etage, hat aber einen Aufzug. Ein eigener Stellplatz für den PKW in der Tiefgarage ist vorhanden. Also wir würden die Wohnung sofort nochmals anmieten.
Negativ: Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral, liegt leider an einer vielbefahrenden Hauptstraße.

Amazing view from the whole apartment
Positiv: The view of the mountains was absolutely perfect. The amenities were perfect, equipped kitchen, practical washer and dryer. Nice and cozy breakfast nook. Very nice design and decorations. Some pastry shops and cafe within 10 minutes walking distance.
Negativ: The master bathroom had a smell as it did not have any windows. Also the shower doors could have been a bit better cleaned. Not easy to dispose of the sorted garbage as the containers were not clearly marked in the outside area.

Positiv: We had a wonderful two-week stay at Apartment Alberta over Christmas and New Year. The apartment was light-filled and generously proportioned, with lovely homely touches that made it feel immediately welcoming. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, with everything needed and more to comfortably prepare meals, and having a washer and dryer available was a real bonus for a longer stay. The location was ideal, within walking distance of both the historic centre and the newer part of town, with several supermarkets and restaurants close by. The hosts were genuinely lovely and provided plenty of useful local information. A special highlight was enjoying excellent views of the New Year’s Eve fireworks from the balcony, along with beautiful mountain views from both the lounge and bedroom windows.
Negativ: We loved everything about this appartment.

Leuk appartement
Positiv: Sfeervol ingericht. Goed bed, badkamer met bad, aparte douche en toilet. Nog een apart toilet op de gang. Keuken met oven/magnetron, , koffieapparaat en Nespresso, vaatwasser. In kelderruimte wasmachine en droger. Eigen parkeerplaats onder in parkeergarage die bij appartement hoort. Prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Keurige informatie voorzieningen door verhuurmakelaar. Sleutel na 17.00 ophalen bij hun kantoortje in sleutelkluisje. Locatie max 15 minuten lopen naar centrum. Leuk stadje, flink toeristisch maar ontzettend veel goede eetgelegenheden.
Negativ: De verhuurdermakelaar gaf in een mail aan aan dat ze negatieve ervaringen met eerdere huurders te hebben gehad die het appartement vies en beschadigd achterlieten. Daardoor ontvingen we meerdere mails met de vraag of we echt geen schade hadden gemaakt. Dat komt niet sympathiek over.
