Positiv: 1-Zimmer-Apartment, wirkt aber größer als auf Bildern, für 2 Leute vollkommen ok. Ausblick vom Balkon sehr schön. Lage in Garmisch gut, alles fußläufig in 5-10min

Wunderbares Apartment mit jeglichem Komfort!
Positiv: Besser hätte das Apartment nicht sein können. Großes Bett, Tisch, Fernseher mit allen Kanälen, Balkon, Bad, eine voll eingerichtete Küche (incl. Geschirrspüler) und ein wundervoller Blick in den Garten und auf die Berge. Im Bad gab es Dusche und Badewanne - nach den 100 km Megamarsch Gold wert! Gelegen etwa 500 m von der Fußgängerzone entfernt, trotzdem sehr ruhig, parken kein Problem, WLAN klasse, es gab nichts, was gefehlt hätte. Fragen, die ich während meines Aufenthaltes hatte, wurden binnen kurzer Zeit zu voller Zufriedenheit beantwortet.
Negativ: Das Apartment war perfekt. Ich werde im nächsten Jahr wieder buchen!

Wir würden den Alpentraum jederzeit wieder buchen!
Positiv: Tolle Lage, wunderschöner Ausblick, alles vorhanden, was man braucht, sogar eine Spülmaschine! Der kontaktlose Check-In und Check-Out waren absolut unproblematisch und haben uns eine flexible Anreise ermöglicht.

Gemütliche kleine Wohnung in einem Haus mit baulichen Schwächen.
Positiv: Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Durch den raffinierten Bettaufzug gewinnt man tagsüber noch zusätzlichen Wohnraum.
Negativ: Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Somit bekommt man jeden Morgen mit, wenn der unmittelbare Nachbar bereits um vier Uhr die Rolläden hochzieht und man hört auch die quietschende Tür in der Nachbarschaft. Eigentlich sehr schade, da die Wohnung ansonsten in einer sehr ruhigen Lage liegt. Das große Fenster ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und ist etwas trüb geworden, was aber eigentlich nur auffällt, wenn die Sonne scheint.

Positiv: Good afternoon everyone! I finally got around to writing a review about this wonderful place. I absolutely loved everything, I can't even single out one thing, although the balcony and the view from the balcony are incredible :) Very beautiful! The apartment was clean, the bed linen was clean, the bathroom was clean, the kitchen and everything in it worked and was in good condition, a clean and beautiful apartment. There are no words, just emotions! Thank you so much for your hospitality and for helping us communicate! I wish you more good guests :) 🥳😎🤩🤗😸

Amazing !!!
Positiv: Great location which was 5 minutes from the high street. The area felt safe and quiet. Flat was good size, comfortable and very clean. The host was brilliant with great communication. Highly recommend.
Negativ: Add couple of more pillows

Amazing!
Positiv: Good service from the host and the facilities where great. The appartment had everything you could need and everything was very clean. The view from the appartment was also amazing!
Negativ: There was no leg rest and the sofa was not very comfortabel.

Positiv: Apartment with modern furnitures with good use of the (limited) space. Good idea, in thery, the bed that can be lifted the apartment has non parking but you can fing parking in the vicinity very calm and weel equipped
Negativ: Parking just a few minutes to unload/upload luggage is a problem as the street is narrow and close to the intersection. The liftable bed is nice ... if you can lift it! we tried upon arrival but after a few centimeters the energy was stopping: we tried a few times and then left the bed down.
