Haus Bergspitze

Schönes Haus mit kleinem Garten in zentraler Lage.

Positiv: Die Lage ist super! Das Haus steht versteckt in zweiter Reihe. Man erreicht fussläufig das Zentrum und auch zur Zugspitzbahn sind es wenige Meter.

Perfect Property in a Great Location

Positiv: This was our second time booking the property for a ski holiday. It is just a few minutes walk from all of the Shops & Restaurants in Garmische & with a Lidl 200mtrs away for supplies. Parking is off road & secure & the train station is only 5mins walk away for those without a car. The property is of a very high standard of finish & comfort with more than enough space for the 5 of us.

Positiv: Lovely house in a central location, close to the train station, the centre of Garmisch and a short walk or bus ride to the centre of Partenkirchen. The house was large, comfortable, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The owner met us on arrival to show us around the house and give us our Gästekarten (tickets that give you free bus travel and discounts on other services). He spent at least 10 minutes giving me a really helpful overview of all the tourist attractions, restaurants and other things to know about the area. Was also very responsive when we had any questions during the week. Lovely garden with 2 seating areas, 2 loungers as well as a balcony off the master bedroom (none of which we really got to enjoy because there was a lot of rain during our stay, which was just bad luck).

Negativ: The living room furniture was not very comfortable which was a shame as the weather wasn't great during our stay so we spent quite a few evenings inside rather than outside. But overall the house is fantastic.

Super stay in GaPa

Positiv: House is stunning in a superb location and very comfortable. It was advertised as 3 bed but we were pleasantly surprised to learn there was a fourth bedroom in the basement which had a sauna in the en suite. The outside space is limited but very pleasant and has super views of the mountains on all sides. Area is extremely quiet at night so easy to get a great sleep and again location is easy walking distance to town centre, Lidl and the Olympic arena which was the reason we were there (masters world cup). Could not recommend highly enough!

Negativ: Nothing major but if the key information was provided in English (large book in German only) would have been useful but we figured it out easily enough. Very minor!

Positiv: Great location - was as advertised, clean and comfortable

Negativ: Small thing but en-suite Bedroom is downstairs - no issue but should say that in the details.

Excellent location for Zugspitze adventure and downtown Garmisch-Partenkirchen

Positiv: This beautiful home is located in the heart of Garmisch. No need for transportation. The inner city shopping strip is right around the corner. The Zugspitze gondola is across the street, as well as a variety of grocery stores in walking distance. Stefanie was super welcoming and informative about the area. The house was clean and spacious. Everything we could possibly have needed was provided. We loved our stay there and would definitely recommend this vacation home to anyone!

Would highly recommend and would rebook for our next family vacation!

Positiv: The house is conveniently located within walking distance to much of Garmisch. Very clean and spacious with everything you might need for your stay. Quiet too!
