Solide Unterkunft ohne große Makel

Positiv: Das Apartment ist solide, sauber und ordentlich, das Bett & die Kissen fand ich sehr bequem. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte per Self-Check-In, was zwar grundsätzlich eine gute Sache ist, für mich als Radreisenden aber gar nicht so einfach mit dem Ausfüllen der Formulare, dafür sollte man sich etwas Zeit vorher nehmen. Es war sehr ruhig, diverse Supermärkte, Bäcker und Restaurants sind in Laufweite. Ausstattung war sehr gut, alles was man zum Leben braucht inkl. Kaffee/Tee und Duschgel.

Negativ: Die Silikonfuge in der Duschkabine sowie die Duschtüren (bzw. Dichtungen) MÜSSEN ersetzt werden! Bei sich zu Hause kann man damit leben, aber nicht im vermieteten Apartment. Im Grunde ist die Unterkunft prima, aber für mein Dafürhalten ist der Preis zu hoch. Ich war 6 Wochen mit dem Rad in 4 Ländern unterwegs und hatte größere und bessere Unterkünfte zu günstigeren Preisen. Man muss dabei auch bedenken, dass die Unterkunft im Souterrain liegt, d.h. man hat keine Aussicht und auch keinen Balkon/Terrasse. Zudem lassen sich die Fenster & die Tür nicht komplett verdunkeln.

Positiv: Super schneller Check-In und auch -Out! Wenn es Probleme oder fragen gibt, antwortet der Onlineportal des Apartments sehr schnell und das sogar Abends. Inneneinrichtung Perfekt für 2 und auch sehr Sauber. Das war bis jetzt der Beste Unterhalt den ich je hatte! Kurz und bündig es war TOP!!!

Positiv: I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Ingolstadt, with my family during the New Year holidays. The place was spotless, cozy, and perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay. The location made it easy to explore the city, yet it still felt peaceful and private. What truly made our experience special were the owners, they were incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. I couldn’t have asked for a better holiday accommodation. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Ingolstadt.

Positiv: Very good, coffee machine with coffees , clean house comfortable. Street beautiful and quaiet

Positiv: Mi è piaciuto veramente la posizione per vicino c'è un parco dove si può fare allenamento

Negativ: Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che per 8 notti non c'è cambio per copre letto

Positiv: Ambiente accogliente e ha soddisfatto le aspettative, anche perché la sua posizione era proprio dove volevamo.

Negativ: Non è piaciuto che non abbiamo trovato i prodotti per la doccia ( sciampo, bagnoschiuma e sapone), inoltre mancavano i prodotti per la pulizia della camera cosi come descritto nell'informativa. Inoltre il riscaldamento del bagno non funziona.
