Casa Primavera - Stadtvilla mitten in Miesbach

Positiv: Lage, Raumaufteilung und Größe waren perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt. Helle, saubere Wohnung. Großes Bad mit Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer. Separates Gäste WC. Sehr ruhig trotz zentraler Lage. Shampoo, Seife und Duschgel vorhanden. Ebenso Waschmittel.

Negativ: Keine Kleiderschränke in den unteren Schlafzimmern, keine Rolläden im Wohnzimmer, das als Schlafzimmer genutzt wurde. Straßenlaternen erleuchteten den Raum.

Positiv: Wir waren zu viert und hatten jede Menge Platz. Das Haus hat drei Doppelzimmer für Erwachsene, und anscheinen können auch noch 2 weitere Personen im Wohnzimmer schlafen. Alles sehr sauber und modern, gut eingerichtet. Praktisch gelegen für Ausflüge zu Seen und Bergen. Ein Einkaufszentrum ist in 5 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir waren im Juli da und die Temperatur im Haus war angenehm.

Negativ: Die Fensterläden schließen nicht richtig bei einigen Zimmern, daher kommt morgens Licht ins Schlafzimmer. Vorhänge könnten Abhilfe schaffen. Vor dem Haus führt eine Straße mit einigem Verkehr vorbei, aber die Fenster isolieren gut. Mit einem großen Auto muß man beim Ein- und Ausfahren vom Parkplatz etwas aufpassen.

Schöne Unterkunft - vor allem für größere Gruppen/Familien

Positiv: Tolle Unterkunft und perfekt für einen Ausflug mit der gesamten Familie. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Negativ: Lage direkt an der Straße - Fenster müssen nachts geschlossen bleiben, wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat.

Positiv: Gut organisiert. Schöne Räume Sort reagiert auf Nachrichten, schnell und Freundlich

Positiv: It is as the pictures show. Close proximity to shops, town and train, spacious, comfortable. Large rooms, 2 x toilets, under cover off street parking for 2 cars (if small), keyless entry, balcony and good kitchen, fire place, comfortable lounge and very comfortable beds.

Negativ: Advertised with washing machine, but there was none! No oven safe dishes or tray, only one oven rack.

Positiv: Everything! The staff were more than helpful, the house is incredible, fully equipped and really beautiful 😍 It has a parking lot. We really felt at home and the kids loved having their own bedroom, the huge balcony and of course the huge Tv! Really more than we had expected, everything was nearby - cafes, bakery, the main square... We would love to come back one day and stay more! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Positiv: Przestronne pokoje, salon i kuchnia. Idealna lokalizacja dla większej grupy. Urządzone w delikatnym stylu pozwalającym na relaks. Świetna lokalizacja.

Świetne miejsce dla kilkuosobowej grupy

Positiv: Lokalizacja obiektu znakomita, w samym centrum miasteczka. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona (brakowało tylko deski do krojenia), można z niej jednak wcale nie korzystać, bo naprzeciwko jest piekarnia, gdzie dają pyszne śniadania, a w promieniu kilkuset metrów są liczne i różnorodne restauracje. Najbliższa, azjatycka, całkiem dobra, to dosłownie pare kroków.

Negativ: Wymeldowanie o 10-tej - uważam, ze to trochę za wcześnie. Nawet godzina by pomogła

Positiv: We loved the location and the amount of space. It was centrally, located in Miesbach, with access to groceries, bakeries, and restaurants. Munich was only 40 minutes away, and Salzburg was just over an hour. The apartment had plenty of space for our large family, and we were able to spread out comfortably. Beds were very comfortable. Parking is super convenient.

Negativ: Nothing, it was great! Some past reviewers have expressed that there are no washing facilities. Know that there is a washer, and the drying rack was quite effective in drying clothes quickly.
