Für große Gruppen ideal!

Positiv: Jedes Zimmer hatte eine eigene gut ausgestattete Küche mitsamt Kühlschrank, das war ein absolutes Highlight! Entfernung zu U-Bahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist auch top.

Positiv: Sehr freundlicher Empfang und tolle Lage um München unsicher zu machen.

Positiv: It's a good place to stop with a group of friends. Each room has a small kitchen, and a block of four rooms shares two separate bathrooms. Each guest gets their own key. The host was very nice and pleasant. We had no issues with communication and were given flexible arrival times.

Negativ: Every room has a coffee machine, but not all of the machines work well. No more issues or complains )

Positiv: Our stay was truly wonderful, and we felt extremely comfortable in this apartment. The layout with five separate rooms was perfect for our large group — everyone had both privacy and space to relax, yet we could still enjoy time together. The owner was exceptionally hospitable, and we really appreciated the understanding regarding our very late check-in. The location is excellent too — very close to the metro and just a few stops from Karlsplatz. We highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Munich!

Ideal apartment for Oktoberfest

Positiv: Very clean. Ideal location, almost on top of the U bahn and next to LIDL and DM stores. Florian (our host) is a very good guy, honest and open. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Munich!

Positiv: L’accoglienza e la disponibilità del proprietario, la posizione del appartamento era molto strategica a 3 min dalla metro. Spazzi molto comodi.

Negativ: Mancavano delle piccolezze che potrebbero rendere la permanenza più comoda. Tipo solo un asciugamano a persona, per le donne è un po scomodo. Mancanza di strumenti per la pulizia. Ma ripeto sono tutte piccolezze.

Positiv: Posizione fantastica a due passi dalla metro. Ambiente pulito e spazioso

Negativ: Si Google Maps non è segnato nella posizione corretta, se si segue il navigatore porta quasi alla fine della strada mentre si trova al suo inizio

Positiv: Skvělé je, že může být pohromadě velká skupina lidí a přitom má každý svoje soukromí. V každém z 5 pokojů (2x pro 1 osobu, 2x úpro 2 osoby a 1x pro 3 osoby) byl i kuchyňský kout. Postele měly extra široké matrace. Parkování bylo u objektu v podzemní garáži. Apartmán byl v přízemí. Komunikace s hostitelem přes Whatsapp byla zcela bez problémů. Kousek od ubytování v klidné čtvrti jsou supermarkety, zastávka metra.

Negativ: Jedinou maličkostí byla nemožnost ovládat topení, v pokojích bylo dost teplo.

When the circus is not in town it is probably a good place to stay!

Positiv: Easy to find, and conveniently located across the street from a large grocery store chain.

Negativ: There was a nightly circus next-door to the property. A true circus tent! It was extremely loud with music and oudspeaker announcing on 2 shows a night 😟

Alojamiento excelente y muy bien equipado.

Positiv: Alquilamos un apartamento entero de cinco habitaciones para 8 personas. Cada habitación esta muy bien equipada con su propia cocina. dos baños con duchas amplias. La zona es residencial y tienes un lidl y farmacia a dos minutos andando. La linea de metro esta muy cerca, es directa y en 20 min estas en el centro. Muy recomendable.

Negativ: Mejoraría las almohadas de todas las habitaciones.
