Positiv: Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hat ein schöner Balkon. Rewe um die Ecke und 10 Min gehen die U Bahn. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war auch gut und er antwortet schnell auf Nachrichten

Sehr empfehlenswert für Gäste zum Oktoberfest!
Positiv: Super nah an der Wiesn (Laufreichweite 30min), mit Rewe direkt gegenüber und Parkplatz. Sehr freundlicher und entgegenkommender Gastgeber. Selbst die Couch war sehr bequem. Kaffee und Föhn vor Ort. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Negativ: Die Wohnung selbst zu finden war nicht einfach, trotz der guten Beschreibung.

Positiv: Es war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber, ruhig gelegen und gut angebunden. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir hatten bei der Abreise etwas vergessen, was uns freundlicherweise sehr schnell hinterhergeschickt wurde. Vielen Dank nochmal!

Lovely apartment and great host
Positiv: Excellent host, lovely little apartment close to everything . Host absolutely saved our butts after MUC Prime Lodging canceled our booking after our plane landed in Munich. He even let us check-in early

Erg goed!
Positiv: Mooi, zeer ruim, modern en schoon appartement met mooi balkon. Ziet er prima uit. Goede en rustige locatie, metrostation is 12 minuten lopen. Supermarkt om de hoek. Goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. De host was vriendelijk en gaf goede instructies.
Negativ: Check in om 16.00 is laat en check uit al om 10.00 is te vroeg, 11.00 uur is redelijker. TV maar 3 zenders. Glazen deur naar de gang is erg onhandig voor toegang tot de badkamer en kan ook dus gevaarlijk zijn. Beter weghalen. Faciliteiten soms matig: keuken: geen doekje om aanrecht mee schoon te maken, weinig keukenspullen (o.a. borden), geen thee of suiker aanwezig, geen gebruiksaanwijzing koffieapparaat. Badkamer: geen kledinghaken, geen shampoo, douche in het bad, bad zelf kan niet gebruikt worden want afsluitdop is weggehaald. Bed nogal benauwd, ingeklemd tussen 2 muren, dus geen nachtkastjes aanwezig. Host reageert soms niet op e-mails (o.a. vraag tips restaurants). Niet geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn ivm trapje in de woonkamer (staat niet in de beschrijving)

Comfortable apartment with easy access to local transportation and food options
Positiv: The location of this apartment is ideal - very close to the train station, grocery store, and restaurants. We were able to get around very easily. The apartment is filled with natural light and very cozy, has a big comfy couch/pull out sofa to relax on at the end of the day, and a well-stocked kitchen. We were really pleased that the apartment complex itself and surrounding neighborhood were very quiet at night so we rested well. Thanks to our host, Chris, who was super responsive, kind, helpful and flexible. This apartment worked out perfectly for us - we couldn't have asked for a better more comfortable place to stay.
Negativ: Nothing. We loved everything about this apartment.

Positiv: Comunicarea cu proprietarul , curățenia, parcarea subterană la bloc , check in ușor . Confortabil pentru 4 persoane , patul și canapeaua extensibila confortabile. Supermarketuri lângă bloc Rewe , Edeka, la parterul blocului pizzerie .

Positiv: Apartament confortabil cu balcon și garaj,bine amplasat langa metrou,S Bahn,autobuz, ușor de ajuns in centru,multe marketuri și restaurante in zona.Colaborarea cu Chris (proprietarul) foarte bună.Primesti toate informațiile necesare pentru a accesa intrarea în apartament și garaj.
