Alles war wunderbar, komfortabel und gemütlich
Positiv: Alles war wunderbar, komfortabel und gemütlich. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, und in der Küche war alles Notwendige vorhanden. Besonders angenehm war, dass Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine bereitgestellt wurden. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch – in einem ruhigen Viertel, nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. In der Nähe befinden sich eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle sowie eine S-Bahn-Station.

Wir waren zufrieden und würden das Zimmer wieder buchen.
Positiv: Wir fanden die Lage gut. Man ist mit dem Fahrrad in 20 min in der Innenstadt und gibt einen Supermarkt ums Eck. Das man keinen Schlüssel benötigt, ist ganz praktisch. Der Zugang funktioniert mit einem Zahlencode. Es gibt eine Nespresso Kapsel Kaffeemaschine, das fanden wir sehr gut. Ein Korkenzieher für Weinflaschen ist vorhanden. Das Zimmer war schön warm (gut für kalte Herbsttage). Ich fand das Bett bequem und habe darin gut geschlafen. Das Treppenhaus ist Kamera-Überwacht und hat einen Aufzug. Der Preis für Sonntag bis Mittwoch war günstig.
Negativ: Mittags hat es am Anreisetag eine andere Zimmernummer (4) angezeigt als Abends (2), das fand ich komisch und stand erst vor der falschen Tür. Das Foto bei Booking war nicht genau das Zimmer welches wir erhalten haben, war aber nicht schlimm. Es roch stark nach Parfüm, wie sich herausstellte waren es Duftstäbchen. Leider ging das große Fenster nicht auf, so dass man nur mit den kleinen Fenstern lüften konnte und die Luft im Zimmer ist sehr trocken, so dass wir öfters lüften mussten. Es gab nur 2 Tassen und keine kleinen Schalen, etwas mehr wäre für das Frühstück geschickt gewesen, für Tee, Kaffee und Müsli, gleichzeitig, es geht aber auch so.

Positiv: Smartly equipped, perfect location, very close to the train station, yet quite. Clean and well thought through.
Negativ: Really nothing to report other than the neighbor or someone listening to techno until 3:00 AM.

Positiv: The hotel is very well located in a pleasant business district. It’s close to the city center, with public transport stations nearby, and just around the corner to the left there is a huge supermarket (for some reason it wasn’t shown on Google Maps). It takes about 25 minutes to walk to Marienplatz. The room is slightly worn and could use some renovation, but overall it was comfortable and fine. I noticed some reviews mentioning weak heating and that the rooms can be cold. We experienced that on the first day as well, but once you simply increase the heat on the radiators, it becomes very warm and comfortable. Heating worked perfectly for us. There is a kitchen with all the basic essentials you might need, which is very convenient. Communication and feedback from the staff were excellent — clear instructions for check-in and check-out were provided in advance, making the whole process smooth and easy. Overall, a good stay with a great location and very good organization.
Negativ: Cleaning is an issue and should be addressed by the housekeeping staff, as this is their responsibility. The toilet was dirty, there was trash under the bed including empty bottles left by previous guests (which is especially unacceptable considering we were staying with a one-year-old child). There were many crumbs on the carpet, and the walls were quite dirty. Some of this can no longer be cleaned properly, so repainting the walls would be recommended if possible.
