Positiv: Sehr gute fast zentrale Lage und trotzdem ruhig. Das Appartment ist geräumig mit theoretisch 8 Schlafplätzen.

Negativ: Die Küche ist nicht sehr üppig ausgestattet, in der Duschkabine müssten die Fugen erneuert werden.

Very good location – worth the investment.

Positiv: The location of the accommodation is excellent, in a quiet street, and although it is on the ground floor, it is absolutely safe and there is no noise. The check-in process went very smoothly, without any difficulties.

Negativ: A recommendation to highlight that the accommodation requires a deposit. This is not visible until you start the check-in process through communication with the owner’s team. The pillows could have been better.

Negativ: Casa un po’ buia trattandosi di un piano terra e nessuno spazio esterno. Parcheggio a pagamento a 500 metri

It was a great one night stop in Munich. Easy walk and there is a parking garage around the corner.

Positiv: It was a great location and easy to find. Instructions were good. It was great for a stop over and priced well.

Negativ: We wished the towels were a bit bigger and better quality. We wished there was fans in both rooms it was very humid (not the fault of the apartment just Munich).

Good space for up to 4 people, comfortable beds, no freezer and small bathroom.

Positiv: The apartment was very spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. We also enjoyed the location. Having the fold-out couches was also nice, as was the big dining room table. The windows were very functional. The coverings could go from open to total blackout, and the windows themselves could either be tipped open from the top or opened along the side hinges.

Negativ: The space was warm and stuffy - there was a fan in each bedroom, but that was it. There was no freezer attached to the refrigerator. The coffee pot and fire stick did not work. There was mildew in the shower, and no counter space in the one small bathroom.
