HOMELY STAY Studio 4 - Chic Self-Check-In Room for Short Stays

Gemütlich, modern, urban, minimalistisch, toller Service, gute Lage

Positiv: Hätten wir besser gelesen, hätten wir erst gar nicht anrufen müssen. Die Person an der Servicenummer war sofort am Telefon und super nett. DANKE!!! in innnerhlab 20 Sekunden war das Problem gelöst und wir haben sogar viel zusammen gelacht.

Negativ: Die Tür in der Dusche war undicht. es wurde sehr nass... leider Holzboden. Das tut dann etwas weg zu sehen, dass er etwas nass wird. Aber alles in allem wunderschön!

Würde ich immer wieder Buchen.

Positiv: Tolle Lage, U Bahn station schnell zu erreichen. Gute und einfache Erklärung zum Check in. Alles ist Sauber und Ordentlich und hat eine gemütliche Inneneinrichtung.

Tolles Zimmer, tolle Lage.

Positiv: Ganz toll eingerichtetes, geräumiges und sauberes Zimmer. Super freundliches Personal.

Negativ: Leider hat man die Tram sehr gehört, vielleicht sind wir aber nur etwas empfindlich, da wir ein 6 Monate altes Baby dabei hatten. Babybett war leider defekt, aber so etwas kann ja behoben werden.

Positiv: Sehr gute Lage mit kurzem Weg zu Bus und Bahn. Kostenlos Kaffee und Tee im Zimmer. Freundlicher Kontakt über Mail und App. Ein- und Auschecken hat schnell, unkompliziert und einfach geklappt. Zusatz: Parken nur öffentlich möglich. Aber genügend Parkplätze vorhanden in den Straßen rund um die Unterkunft und hat deshalb gut geklappt. (11€ für 24h, Nov. 2023)

Positiv: Total unkomplizierte Kommunikation uns Check-in/check-out. Vort Ort gab es alles was wir brauchten: ÖPNV/Bäcker vor der Tür, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, Geschirr/Besteck im Zimmer. Für ein Wochenende echt top!

Positiv: Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dem Studio gefühlt. Es ist liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtet und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Den Straßenverkehr hört man nicht, nur ab und zu mal die Straßenbahn, was uns aber gar nicht gestört hat. Wenn man zentral übernachten will, dann gehört es einfach dazu. ;-) Vielen Dank an die äußerst nette Gastgeberin Nicole für die wertvollen Infos und Hinweise und für die tadellose und schnelle Kommunikation. Wir werden diese Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

Positiv: Super Anbindung, Zoo/U-Bahn/Spielplatz zu Fuß erreichbar.

Positiv: Clean, close to restaurants if you need. You get a coffee machine / Nespresso which is a plus

Negativ: All good

perfect location.

Positiv: The location is great. U-Bahn and tram are a few steps away. You can find everything you need in the neighbourhood, big groceries, bakery, decent coffee shops. The room was clean, you get exactly what you see on the website. The self-checkin and checkout was easy. Everything was well explained on the website. The apartment was easy to find, locates on the ground floor so you don't have to worry about the luggages. It was a pleasant stay.

Negativ: Well, the apartment is located on the ground floor, you can hear everything from the street. If you are a light sleeper, it will be a nightmare but for me it was fine. The only small downside about the apartment is, you have to clean the utensils you use in the apartment before you check out, the cups and spoons. Well, the apartment is not cheap, I know I have to keep the room clean but to wash glasses and cups before checkout is something I didn't expect, but it's not a big deal. I love my stay anyway.

Positiv: The apartment was very nice, plenty of room, coffee machine, refrigerator etc. Very good location, easy access everywhere by U2 metro station 100 meters from the door. Edeka is close by for quick supermarket visit and there's also a pizza place open until 1 am.
