HOMELY STAY Serenity Greens - Stylisch Studio-Apartment with kitchen - 15 min from Central Station-pet friendly

Sehr schön und gemütlich! Toller Aufenthalt mit Hund in München!

Positiv: Tolle Lage, schönes, gemütliches und ruhiges Appartement. Voll ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Angenehmer und unkomplizierter Kontakt zur Gastgeberin. Das Appartement ist bequem mit dem Lift zu erreichen. Einkaufszentrum und der Pasinger Bahnhof sind gleich in der Nähe. Wir hatten sogar Glück und haben am Wochenende einen kostenlosen Parkplatz direkt an der Straße vor der Unterkunft gefunden. Aufenthalt mit Hund kein Problem.

Negativ: War alles in Ordnung.

Well equipment apartment in super nice and comfortable area

Positiv: The location is fine, quiet enough, in a lively area, where you could find just anything needed. Public transportation from Pasing is real good, direct connections almost anywhere. The apartment is equipped with just everything with a good attention to details. The equipment is a bit old, but still working (mostly this is about bathroom). For four persons it’s a bit tight, but manageable. The view is amazing in a good weather. Very detailed check in instructions. Very responsive and helpful host!

Negativ: The neighbor with a crazy dog.. (but soundproof is sufficient)

Positiv: Location is good. There is a tram stop in front, there are shopping places close by and some nice restaurants too. I never saw the host so can not comment. But the place was clean and good for 2 adults and 2 kids.

Negativ: The key collection can be tricky if you dont understand the video properly. Parking is quite small and tricky. The mattress is quite soft and you can have ache if you are not used to soft mattresses.

It was a good stay at a great location.

Positiv: It was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully decorated. Tea, coffee and coffee cream were complimentary.

Negativ: The water pressure in the shower, and water temperature were difficult to control. Also, the pillows for sleeping were uncomfortable.

We really enjoyed my stay in these apartments.

Positiv: Very cozy and clean accommodation, not far from the München-Pasing train station. The apartment had everything you need for a stay of 4 people. The bathroom, kitchen and main room were clean and comfortable. Coffee, tea, a bottle of water and two small bottles of prosecco were left for us as a compliment(cute)🤗

Positiv: Nemcsak kapszulás kávéfőző volt, hanem kávé kapszulát is kaptunk mellé. A mosógéphez és a mosogatógéphez pedig mosogatógép, illetve mosógép kapszulát.

パーシングという街で地元の生活を知る

Positiv: 中央駅からSバーンで約15分のパーシング駅よりショッピングモールを通り抜け、歩いて5分と生活には超便利です。食事に買い物と不自由ありません。部屋も清潔でした。ウェルカムドリンクのサービスもありました。短期滞在するにはとてもいいです。バスタブにもお湯をはってゆっくり入れます。鍵の受渡は専用アプリを通して指示されます。リアル鍵です。

Negativ: 窓は上部にはね上げるタイプで、部屋からの展望は思っていたほど望めません。テラスがないので解放感はちょっと制限されます。設備ほ概ね問題ないのですが、バスタブはカーテンでなく、ジャバラ折の透明板です。サイドのゴムが劣化しており、シャワーの時は要注意です。

Positiv: Sitio tranquilo y cerca de comercios y tren/bus. Todo muy limpio y organizado. Es un apartamento súper cuco para 2 aunque fuimos en familia y éramos 4, también súper bien. Cocina independiente. Baño grande con bañera y un salón/dormitorio amplio. Detalle de bienvenida muy agradable y disponibilidad de café, azúcar, sal, pimienta, leche, detergente ropa.. muy apañado.

Negativ: Nos gustó todo y hemos estado muy a gusto pero Para mejorar.. aire acondicionado, hacía calor y pese a tener ventilador era poco. Las almohadas son cojines de estos medio vacíos, que para nuestro gusto son incómodos.

Positiv: Temiz ve tüm ihtiyaçlar düşünülmüş. Otoparkı olması iyi ancak otopark her araç için uygun olmayabilir Lift li otopark

Negativ: Camlar çatı kat olduğu içi yolu görmüyor ve balkon yok.
