Positiv: Sehr netter Eigentümer Schöne Wohnung gut eingerichtet

Positiv: Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen, groß, sauber und schöne austattung

Positiv: Es war alles sauber und ordentlich und es war mehr als genug Platz für uns. Das Bett und die Schlafcouch waren frisch bezogen und es waren frische Handtücher vorhanden. Das Bett war mega bequem, lange nicht so gut geschlafen. Ein Stellplatz in der Tierfgarage stand uns kostenfrei zur Verfügung, was wirklich ein mega Vorteil ist. Die Lage ist super, ca. 15 Min mit dem Auto bis nach München Stadt. Supermärkte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Wirtshaus schräg gegenüber kann ich sehr empfehlen. Ich würde die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Positiv: A lot of space, kitchen is well-equipped, 2 slipping places are great, the heating works well, it was very warm in the winter. It sounds like the space has undergone a thoughtful and high-quality transformation. The presence of suspended ceilings and a commercial layout likely hint at its original purpose, but it seems the renovation team paid great attention to detail, creating a polished and inviting environment. Conversions like this often strike a balance between functionality and aesthetics, making them unique and full of character.

Positiv: The property was good and well-equipped with all the essential and required amenities.

Negativ: The TV remote was just a dummy and didn’t work when we switched on the TV. The road in front of the house was under construction, and I couldn’t find the garage that was mentioned in the listing. The bedroom has a separate door leading to the backyard, but it’s in very poor condition — you have to be careful while operating it as it feels like it could collapse at any moment. The worst part of my experience was receiving an intimidating and disrespectful message from the host, accusing me of being a horrible guest and claiming that I caused significant damage to the property, demanding €2,500. I’m not sure if my 5-year-old son accidentally caused something without my knowledge, but it’s hard to believe a child could cause such damage. Because of this unpleasant experience, I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Positiv: Большие апартаменты, в квартире есть все необходимое для проживания и размещения 4 человек. Большим плюсом оказалось наличие подземного паркинга.

Appartement spacieux et très bien situé

Positiv: La situation de l’appartement à 15 mn du métro. La place de parking à proximité dans parking souterrain sécurisé.Les commerces et les bars et restaurant à proximité. La chambre donne sur un petit jardin/ terrasse très agréable.

Negativ: L’absence de luminosité dans la pièce principe en raison de l'occultation par un rideau opaque derrière lequel étaient stockés des produits ménagers, etc. Les ustensiles de cuisines sont minimalistes

Positiv: L'appartement était grand, propre et confortable. Les équipements étaient présents et tops ! Rien à dire au niveau de l'appartement en lui même, tout était parfait !

Negativ: Seul la localisation du parking était un peu compliqué et difficile à trouver. Heureusement la réponse rapide du propriétaire nous a permis de nous garer correctement par la suite.
