Positiv: Sehr sauber netter Gastgeber ich bin sehr zufrieden. Preis war dafür voll ok

Negativ: Schlafsofa wäre schön so könnten dann 4 Personen einzeln schlafen

schöne Oase zum Entspannen mit sehr engagierten Gastgebern!

Positiv: Die Villetta ist eine schöne Oase zum Entspannen. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die makellose Sauberkeit sowie das wirklich umfassende Willkommenspaket (riesiger (!!) Obstkorb, Kaffee, Essig u. Öl und wirklich große Sammlung von Willkommensgetränken), zusätzlich zu allen anderen Verbrauchsartikeln (wie Seife, Spülmaschinentabs, Wischtücher, Tüten etc., die alle umfangreich vorhanden waren). Die Villetta war mit viel Liebe zum Detail vorbereitet, frische Blümchen übers ganze Haus verteilt:-) Zusätzlich zu den gekühlten Willkommensgetränken gab es Softdrinks/Säfte/Wasser, die für wirklich akzeptables Geld konsumiert werden konnten. Die Kommunikation mit Richard als Gastgeber war sehr entspannt und freundlich und jederzeit problemlos über diverse Kanäle möglich. Sogar eine spätere Abreise wurde uns ungefragt angeboten, was uns sehr entgegenkam. Also eine klare Empfehlung für sehr engagierte Gastgeber und schönes Haus.

Excellent family holiday location

Positiv: The Villetta was exceptionally clean, with high end gadgets and furniture and facilities which are of excellent quality. The little touches from the host were very much appreciated such as a later check out, baby toys and items left for our baby and excellent beds and bedding. The bar and gifts were also very thoughtful and welcoming for our stay! Communication was excellent and the area is lovely. This is the best guest house we've stayed in.

A perfect decorated family house

Positiv: First of all, this house is run by a very caring and helpful family. House is neat and well-kept. We were 7 people and fit comfortably to the house. from the first minute we entered the house, we admired the complimentary drinks and fruits they prepared and the tidyness of the house. Since the house was so nice, we mostly prepared our breakfasts and dinners at home. We didn't have a chance to use the barbecue outside, but we'll save that for next time.

Negativ: overall a very good house and host, even if there were minor problems, they were very helpful and immediately explained and fulfilled our requests.

Positiv: The Villetta is located in a pastoral place. It is fully equipped with all facilities needed in the kitchen, living room and bathroom. The Villetta was very clean when we arrived. Although there is an instruction booklet for every electronic device, the owner was available to answer any questions. The train station is 3-4 minutes from the Villetta so we could leave the car at the parking garage instead of driving in the traffic jams at the center of Munich.

Positiv: Fantastic location , property and hosts. Richard was so accommodating and communicative! We loved the place and the quiet location. Just a great experience all around.!!
