Park Hotel Laim Serviced Apartments

Das Hotel ist optimal für eine Städtereise, da unmittelbar an der U-Bahn.

Positiv: Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar an einer U-Bahn Station ist ist somit ideal für eine Reise nach München. An der Straße gibt es kostenlose Parkplätze.

Negativ: Unsere FeWo war im 5. Stock ohne Aufzug. Damit nicht barrierefrei ... war aber für uns kein Problem.

Positiv: Großräumiges Apartments, in Ruhiger Seitenstraße gelegen. Balkon mit Blick zum Innenhof.

Negativ: Einzig der Zustand und Auststattung der Küche. Hier ist noch Luft nach oben.

Positiv: Sollten wir wieder nach München kommen dann wieder dieses Hotel. Tolles Appartment. Gleich gegenüber die Untergrund Bahn und eigenen Parkplatz im Hotel.

Positiv: Perfect location, with a tram and metro almost in front of the hotel entrance. Very friendly staff. We stayed in one of the apartments and they were just great. Two separate bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. In the kitchen there was a huge fridge with a big freezer compartment too. Ideal if you want to do the cooking yourself.

Negativ: There was hardly any hot water from the kitchen tap (amount of the water, the temperature was okay), which made it a bit difficult to do the dishes. The hot water in the bathroom was okay. The apartments have a balcony and our neighbours downstairs were quite loud in the evenings, while they were sitting outside. Luckily they got quite every evening at 10PM. The apartments don't have an elevator, which can be a hurdle. The wifi was quite poor in some rooms.

Positiv: Hotel is 50 meters away from the U5 station Friedenhelmer strasse. The district is quiet. The staff on reception is very nice, friendly and ready to help. The apartment is very clean with daily room cleaning.

Negativ: I stayed in apartment #8 on the 5th floor with no elevator and air conditioner (I was provided with a fan). WiFi was not available in the appartment for 3 days though hotel staff was trying their best to fix the problem. Had to connect to WiFi on reception.

Overall a great place to stay.

Positiv: Clean and tidy. Load or space in the apartment. Close to the underground.

Negativ: No air conditioning.

Overall very good and we would recommend but our small requests should have been granted.

Positiv: Great location. Great access to public transport. Quiet for sleeping. Comfortable beds. Spacious.

Negativ: Kitchen is badly equipped. Almost no cooking utensils. Not enough cutlery and not enough plates and bowls. Oven is not very clean. We had to buy our own mugs because there were none. There are only very small coffee cups. I asked for bigger cups at reception and I was refused. I was told they were only used for the hotel breakfast and I could not have any. I have never before stayed in a place without mugs.

Positiv: Location was perfect for my needs. Staff very helpful.

Negativ: No lift. A bit hard if your apartment is in the upper floors.

Positiv: Location - literally 50m from the underground (if you get out at the correct exit). Apartment provided a good amount of space.

Great location, nice big flat, and friendly staff.

Positiv: Lovely big apartment. Fantastic location. Friendly staff. We really enjoyed our time here.

Negativ: A bit pricey, but it was also Oktoberfest. Careful for anyone with walking issues as the flat it was on the 4th story, and just stairs, no elevator.
