Tolles Apartment in zentraler Lage, das keine Wünsche offen lässt.
Positiv: Wir haben drei Nächte im Apartment \
Negativ: Leider stand für das 9-Personen-Apartment nur ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz zur Verfügung, Die Tiefgarageneinfahrt mit steiler Abfahrt und anschließender 90-Grad-Kurve ist für größere Fahrzeuge etwas herausfordernd. Der Skikeller ist für die Zahl der Apartments in dem Gebäude zu klein bemessen.

Wir hatten einen entspannte Skiwoche und haben die gemeinsame Zeit in GAP sehr genossen.
Positiv: Genau, wie auf den Bildern: Tolles, helles, modernes, geschmackvoll ausgestattetes Apartment mit großem Wohn-Küche-Essbereich in fast zentraler Lage. Besonders angenehm war die Fußbodenheizung. Das Apartment liegt am Ende der Fußgängerzone. Denn's BioMarkt, Edeka mit Bäckerei, DM und Aldi liegen direkt um die Ecke. Der Bahnhof ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Zur Talstation des Hausbergs läuft man ca. 30 min. Auf dem großen Sofa und am Esstisch hatten wir alle gemütlich Platz. Der dekorierte Weihnachtsbaum passte perfekt zu den Feiertagen. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Das Silvesterfeuerwerk beobachteten wir von einem der drei Balkone. Perfektes Apartment zum gemeinsamen Kochen und für Spieleabende mit gleichzeitig ausreichend Rückzugsmöglichkeit und Privatsphäre. Zu siebt waren drei Bäder super angenehm, Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner super hilfreich, so auch die Tiefgarage.
Negativ: Da wir zum Skifahren kamen, hatten wir ursprünglich näher am Hausberg gesucht, unsere Wahl aber keineswegs bereut. Nicht herausgefunden haben wir, wie die Klingel funktioniert und die Haustür aus dem Apartment geöffnet werden kann. Wenn Ihr zu mehreren und nicht immer gemeinsam unterwegs seid, lasst Euch mehr Zugangskarten geben. Der Wäschetrockner ist weniger leistungsfähig, als wir es aus Amerika kennen. Daher war es gut, mehr Zeit zum Trocknen einzuplanen. Wir haben die Wäsche dann über Nacht ausgebreitet nachtrocknen lassen. Das hat dann super funktioniert.

Megatolles Apartment mit hochwertiger Ausstattung
Positiv: Super modern und großzügig eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Auch Tiefgarage gut. Service excellent. Wir wurden persönlich empfangen und eingewiesen.
Negativ: Keinerlei Kritik

Amazing, perfect stay in the middle of ferry tale town
Positiv: First of all location is in the middle of the amazing town , 18 m drive from Zugspitze, highest mountain in Germany , all the shops are couple of steps away. Apartment itself was breathtaking, amenities were more than you expect even from 5 * hotels and hospitality of Sezai was next level , every single wish I had to make my families get together special he made come true , special thank you , Sezai! Even a Xmas tree was there and decorated, red wine glasses , capsules for Nespresso machine , candles , cleaning products etc. My standard is pretty high when it comes to hotel apartments and hotels and they exceeded my wildest expectations, we will definitely come back in summer too . We stayed in Retreat which was absolute gem 💎 however later Sezai showed presidential suite which was even better , totally worth to upgrade your stay for special occasions. We are already missing the views , thank you from the bottom of our hearts !

Positiv: Idealna lokalizacja, 10 minut pieszo do dworca kolejowego skąd można dojechać do wyciągów. W pobliżu są sklepy oraz restauracje. Apartament duży z przestronnym salonem i dobrze wyposażonym aneksem kuchennym. Świetnym rozwiązaniem jest oddzielna łazienka dla każdej sypialni. W podziemnym garażu jest też narciarnia.Na korytarzu znajduje się kran z którego można zaczerpnąć wodę źródlaną z gór. Właściciele uprzejmi i pomocni.

Excellent property! Highly recommended and we look forward to returning.
Positiv: Superb property with high-quality finishes. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, pot & pans…everything you could need. The only thing you need to bring is your food (if you want to cook in the room), but there are dozens of excellent restaurants and cafes within a 5-10 minute walk. The location is excellent. Our 3-bedroom unit was very spacious, with 3 balconies (2 off the bedrooms and a large balcony for relaxing on off the living room). The underground garage was very convenient and uses motion sensors to minimize energy consumption - both in the garage and in the units.
Negativ: The beds are firm, which was fine for some of us, but if you prefer a soft mattress, you may need to request a topper or use one of the extra duvees they provide. There is no body wash or shampoo in the showers (which are excellent by the way), but you can use the soap dispenser beside the sink or if you call/text, they will bring a small travel kit with shampoo and soap (great service!).
