Die Unterkunft bot uns alles, was wir uns gewünscht haben. Spitze!!

Positiv: Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen!! Wir durften hier einen Familien-Kurzurlaub genießen und fühlten uns sofort super wohl und heimelig. Die Unterkunft hat uns begeistert, sie ist großzügig, modern und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und durchdacht ausgestattet. Besonders schön der traumhafte Blick auf die Zugspitze vom Balkon aus – ein echtes Highlight! Auch die Lage ist ideal – ruhig, aber zentral, mit Bäcker, Drogerie und allem, was man braucht, direkt in der Nähe. Toll auch der direkte Zugang von der Tiefgarage ins Treppenhaus. Außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit war auch der Kontakt, so verliefen Check-in und Check-out völlig unkompliziert.

Sehr modernes großes Apartment mitten in Garmisch

Positiv: Das Apartment ist recht groß. Trotz der 2 Schlagzimmer war es für und 10 sehr angenehm. Die Lage ist topp! Sehr nah zum Bahnhof und alle Geschäfte sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Zum Hausberg sind es nur 10 min mit dem Auto. Alles ist sehr neu und tipptopp in Ordnung. Stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Tiefgerade ist sehr großzügig. Das Haus ist perfekt schallisoliert. Obwohl es groß ist, haben wir von den anderen gar nichts gehört. Die Türen - Haus sowie Zimmertüren - schließen geräuschlos. Ibrahim hat uns perfekt empfangen und er ist extrem hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank!

Negativ: Die Betten sind etwas hart. Das ist aber Geschmacksache, ich habe gut geschlafen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Allerdings hätte ich für ein so großes Apartment ein größeres Kochfeld erwartet. Das 60ger Bora Feld ist super, bietet aber keinen Platz für zwei große Töpfe. Der Backofen-Microwellen Kombi ist auch super modern, aber etwas klein.

Fabulous Stay in Garmisch Partenkirchen

Positiv: The hosts were fantastic. They greeted us right on the street to make sure we didnt get lost. The property itself was flawless. Its brand new, everything was spotless and clean. We love the layout and the design, very well furnished. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need to make your own meal.The location was perfect, walking distance to anything. The view was absolutely fantastic, We brought our friends to show them Garmisch for the first time. The Livalpin definitely gave a wonderful first impression to them and We couldnt be happier! We already plan for another visit in the future. Thank you Caesar and team for your great hospitality!

Hele fijne plek voor een heerlijke ski vakantie

Positiv: Leuke locatie vlak bij het dorp. Heerlijke bedden en fantastische douche. Goede keuken met ruime hoeveelheid borden, bestek en keuken apparatuur. Handig dat je bij de locatie kan laden.

Negativ: Het appartement is erg warm zelfs als je de verwarming laag of uit zet. Met 's nachts een raam open is er veel lawaai vooral in de vroege ochtend.

Positiv: Hostiteľ, Ibrahim, bol veľmi nápomocný. Interiér a aj exteriér sú veľmi pekné a čisté.

10/10 - Perfect stay!

Positiv: We stayed for two nights and honestly wished we could stay longer. The apartment was absolutely wonderful - it’s hard to imagine a more convenient and comfortable place. There’s an underground parking garage with direct elevator access to the floors - no need to go outside at all, which is super convenient. The rooms and bedrooms are very spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining and living areas are beautifully designed - perfect for spending cozy evenings together. Everything was spotlessly clean, with plenty of storage space, a TV in every room, and very comfortable beds. The service was also exceptional - the hotel representative was always available via WhatsApp and replied instantly to any question. Truly 10 out of 10! Highly recommended!!!
