☆Luxuriöses Apartment☆ Central MUC Enjoy & relax

Super Lage im Zentrum und trotzdem sehr ruhig.

Positiv: Lage sehr zentral, ruhig, schön eingerichtet, Parkplatz in Tiefgarage.

Negativ: Der Türcode ist nicht am Eingang des Gebäude wie angegeben, sondern an der Apt-Tür. Nach dem Eingang links, dann die erste Tür wieder linke Seite. Aber man kommt trotzdem ins Gebäude über die graue Tür links vom Eingang die immer offen ist. Sonst alles ok.

Kleine süße Unterkunft

Positiv: Herzliche Vermieter und die Unterkunft hatte viele Extras und Annehmlichkeiten die nicht selbstverständlich sind. Auch ein Stellplatz war dabei und auch die Nähe zur City war perfekt. Alles was wir wollten, konnten wir fußläufig erreichen.

Negativ: Das einzige was uns wirklich etwas gestört hat, war das zu kleine Doppelbett. Aber es war bequem.

Positiv: Zuerst muss ich sagen, dass der Kontakt mit den Vermietern toll war und sie auf unsere besondere Lage eingegangen sind. Die Beschreibung zu Appartement war super zu verstehen. Ein eigener Parkplatz, mitten in München, war großartig. Für uns eine Erleichterung, dass wir das Gepäck direkt von der Tiefgarage ins Erdgeschoss bringen konnten. Die Wohnung ist mit allem reichlich ausgestattet, was benötigt wird. Egal, ob Küche oder Bad, für uns fehlte es an nichts. Das Bett hatte eine sehr gute Matratze. Haben hervorragend geschlafen. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder, auch, um im Sommer die Terrasse zu nutzen, was im Dezember doch zu kalt war 😀

Negativ: Dass wir wieder abreisen mussten und der Urlaub vorbei war.

Nicht Luxuriös aber gut

Positiv: Die Lage ist ruhig und doch zentral. Es gibt einen guten Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Selbständiger Checkin. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber.

Negativ: Der Titel Luxuriös ist nicht passend. Ausstattung nicht wie abgebildet. Sofa und Sessel wurden mit Überwurf abgedeckt....

great location, great equipment!!

Positiv: great location close to the city centre with added bonus of free underground parking. the apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. the hosts were very welcoming and helpful, which made the stay even nicer... aand if you're planning on visiting oktoberfest, the apartment is only about five-minute walk away, which is super convenient :)

Negativ: the only thing i can think of, the bed was pretty small and soft. the bedroom itself is quite spacious, so it would fit a bigger one easily.

Positiv: A very pleasant, fully equiped ground floor apartment with a small courtyard. There was tea and coffee, cleaning materials, and a good collection of tourist brochures. It felt like a home away from home.

Negativ: Nothing really.

comfortable apartment, quiet place, but good transport options to see the sights

Positiv: our host's quick responses, very helpful and friendly; kitchen well equipped; quiet location but an easy 10 minute walk to the underground and supermarket, and just 3 stops to historic centre, or a bus passes the door; small garden terrace for relaxing

Negativ: all good

Positiv: Cosy apartment, in quiet location, with good transport links. We had everything we needed for our stay. Great communication with the host.

Negativ: Although the apartment was clean, it could do with a deep clean for mould on the bathroom ceiling, and general wear and tear. The apartment could also benefit from some furniture upgrades (sofa, chair and bed headboard).

Munich Stay

Positiv: Comfortable accommodation, convenient location for train and central city, good facilities.

Negativ: A little worn looking, but we didn't mind that as apartment was generally clean.

Positiv: Lovely apartment and well equipped kitchen for cooking. It is located close to a metro station and a couple of supermarkets. Instructions for entry were easy. The owners were responsive and easy to contact.
