Wohnung im Herzen Münchens nähe Hauptbahnhof

Positiv: Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war top! Sie haben mir total geholfen, meinen Koffer schon etwas früher in der Unterkunft unterzubringen, das war super nett und hilfreich. Die Unterkunft entspricht absolut den Bildern, sehr sauber, sehr gut eingerichtet. Ich war rundum sehr zufrieden.

Negativ: Nichts

Positiv: Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Die Betten sehr bequem.Alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Vermieter sehr nett, kümmern sich um die Gäste🤗

Positiv: Die Terasse, von der aus man Meisen und Eichhörnchen im Innenhof beobachten kann, hat mir gefallen. Und das mitten in München!

Positiv: The apartment itself was warm and inviting, with tasteful decor that struck a perfect balance between modern comfort and Bavarian charm. The living space was well-equipped with a comfy sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area that felt like home. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, and the bed was plush and restful, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a bonus for staying connected.The excellent communication and coordination from the host made the entire experience seamless. From booking to check-in, they were responsive, friendly, and quick to provide helpful tips about Munich’s best spots. The check-in process was smooth, with clear instructions and a warm welcome that set a positive tone for the stay.

Negativ: There were a couple of minor downsides. The toilet flush had a slight issue, requiring an extra push to work properly, which was a bit inconvenient but manageable. Additionally, the closet in the bathroom seemed slightly blocked, and the glass door in the bath area was a bit tricky to maneuver, possibly due to a minor alignment issue. These were small hiccups that didn’t significantly detract from the overall experience, but they’re worth noting for future improvements.

A comfortable stay for a family of 4 adults

Positiv: The check-in instructions by the host was clear. Maybe the host can also add instructions which exit to use when coming from Munich Central Station. We used the wrong exit on the day of our arrival and had a long walk. In reality, the train station is just 12 minutes a way if you know the route already. I liked that we were able to cook our breakfast. Lisa had coffee grounds ready for pressing which I truly appreciate as a coffee lover.

Negativ: The toilet did not flush properly.

Positiv: Lisa was very helpful with our needs. Very good explanation of how to get there and how to enter. Super organized with videos to enter the building, apartment and garage. Impeccable cleanliness and very close to old downtown. We did everything on foot.

Positiv: Great location especially if you have car, but be aware that you need to get Plakette to drive in town center. We got all needed instructions in time and it was easy to get in apartment and park the car. We had everything we needed in the apartment and enough space for our stuff even in the bathroom, which was unexpectedly great. There is small outdoor space which must be wonderful in summer, but we didn’t use it because of rain and cold. Also we got some water and snack as compliment, which was really nice from host side. Thank you for our comfortable staying!

Positiv: We loved the terrace where we could enjoy a nice evening after landing late. The bed was very comfy and the apt is quiet. We had a nice selection of teas, complimentary water and a snack which was nice. Very good communication with the host and easy check in. The location is ok, about 20 minutes walk to the city center.

Negativ: The key had a locator attached and we realized this only after our phones notified us that someone is tracking our moves about the city. It would have been nice to have a heads up about this up front as it felt like a privacy issue.

Perfect apartment in Munich for small family

Positiv: It was clean and central, close to public transport

Negativ: The button that you have to push twice to enter the building doesn't always work the first time.

Positiv: Super komunikace hostitele, ideální lokalita nedaleko metra a pěšky cca 15 minut do centra. Parking v domě. Pohodlná postel. Velice klidný/ tichý dům. Úžasná čínská restaurace naproti. Obchod Lidl nedaleko.

Negativ: Sedačka by chtěla vyčistit 😉
