Positiv: Die Lage ist super zentral und die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten! Auf Fragen und Wünsche wurde sehr schnell, freundlich und zufriedenstellend eingegangen.

Superb!

Positiv: Spacious. Clean. Good communication. Location very good: nice neighborhood, close to metro station, supermarket underneath, bakery few minutes away, very good restaurants within 5 minutes ... I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Negativ: Nothing important. Pillow too soft for me. In the smaller bathroom no possibility to hang your clothes. Fly screens would be nice.

Very roomy apartment in an excellent location

Positiv: Lots of space in all bedrooms, lounge and bathrooms. Room for 3 couples to stay without getting in each other 's way. Great location next to an underground station.

Ideal property in quiet well connected location.

Positiv: The apartment is bright and spacious and very clean. The bedrooms are all a good size and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is open plan and well equipped. The bathrooms are very nice. The location is in a pleasant peaceful neighbourhood. The supermarket is underneath the apartment which is very convenient. The subway is just across the square. There are many nice neighbourhood restaurants nearby.

Negativ: Nothing. We liked everything.

Comfortable home base for our two families

Positiv: Excellent location right next to Josephsplatz U station and a nice playground across the street. Perfect for our group of two families with one young child each. Beautiful apartment, comfy beds, spacious, conveniently right above a grocery store and the kitchen was fully stocked with tableware/cookware. Great to have clothes washer, dryer, and drying rack. Would love to return here.

Negativ: It took a minute to figure out the stovetop. The corkscrew bottle opener has seen better days. Literally the only negative things I can think of!

Positiv: Мне нравится локация, дом светлый и удобный. Очень удобно было жить там с детьми! Хозяйка всегда на связи и во всем старается быть полезной. Я рекомендую эту квартиру.

Negativ: Я бы поменяла подушки :)

Great place to stay with friends

Positiv: We had quick responses from the host as we needed. This is a spacious apartment and we found the basics we needed for our stay. Location was wonderful for us since we had a grocery store under the building, a metro station close by and several good places to have dinner at a walking distance. Parking is in the same building with elevator access.

Negativ: Cleaning can be improved.

Excelente piso en Múnich

Positiv: Un piso impresionante con 3 habitaciones dobles muy amplias con un salón con cocina integrada gigantesco y dos baños, uno con spa y bañera. Muy bien situado (4 paradas de metro U2 de Msrienplatz) y cómodo. Wifi, tele.

Negativ: No hay almohadas sino unos cuadrantes muy grandes y blandos poco apropiados para dormir.

Positiv: דירה מעוצבת יפה נקיה מרווחת 3 חדרי שינה סלון ענק מטבח מאובזר היטב. חדר אמבטיה ענק . מיקום יחסית לא קרוב אבל 50 מטר מהדירה ישנה תחנת מטרו. מתחת לדירה ממש סופרמרקט גדול

Negativ: אין מזגנים בדירה קצת בעיה בימים חמים
