Eine wunderbare Woche in München in bester Unterkunft! Wir kommen wieder!
Positiv: Das Apartment war super! Einrichtung top und die Lage der Wohnung war grandios. Alles fussläufig...wenn man gerne läuft, ansonsten sind die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel auch nicht weit entfernt. Wir mit unserem Kind (17) haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt...wie zuhause:-). Die Lichttechnik war beeindruckend !

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist die Unterkunft optimal, gut gelegen und ordentlich. Absolut zu empfehlen.
Positiv: Es war sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist optimal, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, ebenso wie die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Wir hatten nach Ankunft ein sanitäres Problem - der Vermieter hat sich umgehend darum gekümmert und war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend!
Negativ: Hier und da sollte vielleicht mal ein Handwerker ran (Türklinke Bad). Die Schlafmöglichkeiten sind sehr eng bemessen, wenn man zu viert anreist, sollte man sich schon gut kennen. :)

Mitten in der Stadt und trotzdem eine ruhige Insel!
Positiv: Das Apartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet und liegt in einem lebendigen Viertel mit sehr guten Restaurants, wunderbarer Architektur, vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - und gar nicht weit weg von wunderschönen Grünarealen, sodass man sich richtig entspannen kann. In der Wohnung hört man nichts von Verkehr oder der Baustelle um die Ecke, das ist der Vorteil des Hinterhauses! Großartig, dass in der Wohnung so viel Platz, viele Zutaten zum Kochen und Würzen, Kaffee und Tee vorhanden sind! Der Raucherplatz draußen war für mich richtig gut, auch die Hinweise, dass man natürlich die Tür zur Wohnung schließen muss, damit kein Rauch eindringt! Auch die Schlüssel haben immer funktioniert - per App oder aus dem Schlüsselkasten - und schön warm war es auch.
Negativ: Das Bett im Schlafzimmer mit 1,60 m Breite war für uns etwas eng, aber eine(r) hätte ja auch auf dem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer schlafen können! Gut wäre noch ein großes Kopfkissen, das hätte mir sehr gefallen. Sonst gibt's nichts zu meckern ;)!!!

Stylish suburb and apartment close to town
Positiv: We had a wonderful stay! The place is perfect for a family of four—spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped, with a well-stocked kitchen and cozy bedding. The stylish suburb is lovely and peaceful, and having a supermarket close by was really convenient. The pub on the corner was excellent, and there are plenty of good food options nearby. We even walked to Marienplatz in about 25 minutes—flat and easy. Getting into town was a breeze with bus, tram, and U-Bahn, and it was also perfect for reaching the football stadium. Our host provided clear information and made everything simple. We especially loved the air, the quiet surroundings, and the beautiful neighborhood. Highly recommended!

Hidden Gem in Munich
Positiv: Host is very friendly and flexible. We requested to keep our luggage before the check in time and they able to accomodate to the request. The apartment is spacious and clean for 4 of us ^^ You can easily feel comfortable to stay here and they provided everything you need.
Negativ: Everything is fine except I could not locate the kitchen towel >.<\

A perfect base from which to explore
Positiv: The location in Schwabing-West was perfect! So easy to explore everything on foot. Englischer Garten is only a 10 Minute walk away as well as the Museums district all well worth visit! The basement flat was spacious and stylish with a small Hofgarten which was shady and cool on hot summer days.
Negativ: There was nothing we didn't like! The apartment was great for a 10 day visit.
