Como Design-Apartment close to Isar river area - centrally located

Positiv: Clean, warm and comfy. Great location. There is a bakery on the opposite side of the street, bus stops within walking distance that take you to old town. Tanja was a great host.

Excellent accommodation for 2 persons

Positiv: Large cosy apartment, walking distance to city centre and zoo, free street parking or free private parking place for small car, dark bedroom in basement, two complete bathrooms, very complete apartment (except microwave), restaurants and bars very nearby

Negativ: Second bedroom had no door (very light in the morning) and too soft mattresses, Missing microwave, Quite steep stairs to basement

A perfect place for a family visit in Munich!

Positiv: We liked everything! The design is amazing and there is a thought about every little thing. The location is just perfect !!

Negativ: If the weather is hot, note there is no.A/C

Positiv: I can't imagine how the area so clean and comfortable. The owner is very friendly. I will come again when I visit Munich again.

Wonderful, well appointed treasure in a local neighborhood. I would highly recommend.

Positiv: The apartment was very well appointed. It was very comfortable and had a little patio as well. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. The kitchen was fully supplied with plates, glasses, utensils, dishwasher etc. It was a little out of the center of town, but easily accessible to public transportation. The Isar river was just up the street and was a lovely walk along its banks. The apartment is located in a local non-touristy neighborhood with good places to eat. The owner and assistant were very welcoming and helpful. It is a free standing building in a courtyard. I would highly recommend this apartment and would stay here again.

Negativ: The stairwell leading to the downstairs bedrooms is a little narrow but doable. One of the bedrooms only has a partial wall and curtain as a closure. Which we knew before hand and it was not a problem for our group but just wanted to share so people know.

Positiv: Nearby bakery, stores, restaurants and gas station. Beautiful river just walking distance away. It was great to have your own parking space. The property itself is very quiet and felt very private which is nice. It was very tastefully decorated.

Negativ: There was no cleaning supplies ie broom, vacuum, mop etc. which is only an issue if you have a longer stay. There is only one true bedroom with a door on it so privacy within the home itself is limited. If you are traveling with elderly or anyone who has issues walking the spiral staircase is very difficult.
