Positiv: Eine sehr schöne und vorallem große Wohnung. Wir waren zu neunt und hatten alle wunderbar platz. Es ist zentrumsnah und in einer schönen Gegend. In unmittelbarer Nähe gab es viele Restaurants und Cafés. Der schlüssel ist in einer box beim Eingang. Alle Zugangsinfos kommen per Mail.
Negativ: Ein Bad für 4 Schlafzimmer ist etwas knapp bemessen. Der balkon war verschlossen und nicht zugänglich. Das war wirklich schade. Wir haben das Apartment hauptsächlich wegen dem Balkon genommen.

Positiv: Das Appartement befindet sich nur wenige Minuten vom Marienplatz entfernt, somit für diesen Preis unschlagbar. Für 20€ am Tag kann das Fahrzeug im 20 Gehminuten entfernten Isarparkhaus parkiert werden.

Great spot from which to explore Munich.
Positiv: The location was excellent. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Appreciate the coffee.
Negativ: Check-in instructions were sent for the wrong apartment. This was remedied with a phone call. Instructions to enter the apartment were outdated. They said there was a code for the building door and apartment door, nope-you use keys from the lockbox, code is for the lockbox only. There were multiple apartments on the same floor as the rental and we were unsure which door to try the key on-a label or apartment number would be helpful. Ended up buying more toilet paper as 2 rolls for 9 people for 3 days wasn't enough.

Clean and spacious apartment in an easy-to-reach location. The beds and pillows were not comfortable
Positiv: Location was great - it was easy to get in and out and it was close to bus stops. Apartment was spacious and clean. The number of beds and rooms was ideal for our family. The espresso/coffee maker was great!
Negativ: The beds and pillows were not very comfortable. The shower was small and challenging to maneuver without getting water on the bathroom floor. The TV was difficult to operate as we were trying to watch winter olympics.

Un excellent séjour nous reviendrons.
Positiv: L’emplacement proche centre, rivière, musée et appartement très calme.
Negativ: Un tout petit peu bémol sur les lumières. Pas de lumière dans certaines chambre et prise nue donc dangereuse.

Très agréable séjour passé dans cet appartement spacieux et bien situé
Positiv: Appartement très spacieux et très bien situé. Lumineux. L'accès est simple avec beaucoup d'informations fournies avant l'arrivée. Les chambres sont grandes.
Negativ: Il manque un peu d'ustensiles de cuisine. La gestion de la caution a été compliquée avec beaucoup de relances alors que la procédure avait été réalisée. Une seule salle de bain pour autant de couchage, c'est un peu juste.

Positiv: I loved the fact it was in a great location to include just a few min walk to catch the bus.
Negativ: The guest towels were older and small. Otherwise we were a family of 8 and could not complain!

Positiv: Просторно, чисто, светло. Много отдельных комнат с двухспальными кроватями. Только одна спальня - проходная. Есть посудомойка, большой стол на всю большую компанию, много посуды.
Negativ: Чтобы получить код для ключа, нужно зарегистрироваться, но ссылку на саморегистрацию мне не присылали, пока я им не позвонила. К тому же за эту регистрацию заморозили 150€ на карте. Всего лишь один туалет. На двери в туалете выпадает ручка. Шумно закрываются двери в комнатах. Нет стиральной машины. Нет парковки, только платная вдоль дороги. Было жарко, пришлось открыть окна, но шум от дороги мешал спать.

Séjour entre amis et visite de la ville
Positiv: L'emplacement, bien qu'à une vingtaine de minutes à pied du centre, était très proche des transports publics et donc l'accès à la ville ne prenait pas tant de temps que ça. Les chambres sont spacieuses, il y a beaucoup de rangements et l'intérieur est bien entretenu. Il est très facile d'y être à 14, comme indiqué dans l'annonce. La prise des clefs était simple et l'appartement facile d'accès. Le personnel de l'agence d'hébergement est très disponible et, lorsque nous avons eu un problème, nous a aidé volontiers et efficacement.
Negativ: Lors de notre première journée, la poignée de l'appartement s'est cassée et nous avons été enfermé dehors pendant plusieurs heures. Heureusement, le personnel a été réactif, et a changé la serrure. Désormais, il y n'y a plus de problème. Le seul réel bémol est dans les espaces communs. Nous avons voyagé à 13, un groupe d'amis, et le salon/salle à manger ne permettait pas que nous puissions tous y être en même temps. De plus, il n'y a qu'une seule salle de bain, où se trouvent aussi les toilettes. Pas évident à se partager, mais avec un peu de bonne humeur et de patience, tout vient à point qui sait attendre :)
