A bright spacious apartment which I would love to stay in again. Central to everything

Positiv: It was lovely modern clean and I was so pleased with it. Me and my 2 grown up sons had our own space each which was perfect. It had everything we needed and the coffee machine was the icing on the cake. I even did my washing before I came home lol. The host was available at all times of if I needed them. It was a bigger apartment than I thought and the app for doors was a first for me but loved it. The shop literally opposite the door was great for milk and snacks. (Sunday everything else was closed) Lidl 5 min walk and underground 1 min up the road. I would definitely stay again

Negativ: I actually don’t have any faults which for me is very surprising. It’s a busy street but it’s the centre so obvious.

Consigliato per gruppi di amici, ma anche famiglie

Positiv: Posizione ottima, con un buon passo in 10 minuti si è a MarienPlatz. Letti molto comodi, tante stanze, molti armadi, presenza di phon, macchina per caffè espresso, microonde, ampio frigorifero, rete internet ottima, pulito, interazione con Host facile e veloce, così come la gestione delle chiavi. Graditi anche gli snack di benvenuto e la bottiglia di vino.

Negativ: Andrebbero aggiunte più vettovaglie (piatti, fondine, tazze e bicchieri) e pentole varie, presenti ma non sufficienti per 5 persone, e magari una scopa per pulire. Il quartiere attorno può non sembrare il massimo per la sicurezza, ma con la riqualificazione in corso potrebbe migliorare.

Comodidad, limpieza y excelente ubicación

Positiv: ¡Mi estancia en Múnich fue simplemente perfecta! El apartamento de 3 habitaciones estaba muy limpio, acogedor y tal como se describía. El check-in a través de la app fue muy sencillo, y el anfitrión estuvo disponible 24/7, lo que me dio mucha tranquilidad. La ubicación no podría ser mejor: a solo 2 minutos de la estación central, ideal para recorrer la ciudad o ir al aeropuerto. Un agradecimiento especial por los bebidas y snacks de bienvenida; ¡un detalle muy agradable! Me sentí como en casa y puedo recomendar este apartamento sin ninguna duda. ¡Sin duda volveré! 🙏🍀

Positiv: Duidelijke instructies voor het onthaal, goeie faciliteiten, ontvangstpakket en handige locatie.

Negativ: Glazen en borden waren vuil bij toekomen.
