Flatista Homes - Central Station - 3BR

A perfect place for family and group of friends. Highly recommend.

Positiv: Very comfortable with 3 bedrooms (good beds). 2 separate showers and 2 separate toilets. Good for a family or group of friends. Fully equipped. Situated in a walking distance from train station and old town. But bear in mind, that when it is near the train station, the area will not be as pleasant, but it’s okay (nothing dangerous). The host will tend to your problems immediately. Thanks a lot.

Negativ: Nothing.

Positiv: Location is really good, it has good facilities just what we needed

Negativ: The tv doesn't work Shower doesn't drain

Positiv: I liked the location and facilities and also full equipped kitchen

Negativ: the WIFI was abet disappointed, some times was very good and more times was poor.. the land lord tried to fix the problem by any mean possible but remains same

Convenient location for the central station and responsive host.

Positiv: The rain shower head was amazing. the rooms were a decent size. there were sufficient bathrooms for 6 people. We had been given directions to the wrong property but the host was awesome and responded promptly. There was a working washing machine and dishwasher.

Negativ: This was near the red light district but was ok in the daytime with children. There were barking dogs overnight from the nearby shop. Not all the saucepans provided were suitable for the induction hob. It is only possible to plug in either the hob or the hot water but not both together.

Positiv: La struttura è molto comoda a tutti i servizi. Dista una decina di minuti a piedi dal centro della città, è circondata da molteplici negozi ed a pochi passi si trovano sia la fermata del tram che della metro.

Negativ: L'unico aspetto negativo è stato il parcheggio. Tenendo conto che è situata nel centro della città è stato molto difficile trovare posti liberi. Sono presenti più parcheggi privati ma a costi troppo elevati.

Apartamento correcto y cerca del centro

Positiv: Apartamento muy cómodo, bien equipado y limpio. Está ubicado cerca de la estación y se puede ir andando al centro.

Negativ: La zona está llena de obras y el ambiente es de barrio bajo.

Positiv: Tivemos uma excelente experiência! Gostamos muito que ficamos no apartamento de fundos o que evitou os ruídos da rua à noite. Tenham em mente que a localização é excepcional, porém a rua em frente ao apartamento não é muito agradável à noite, mas nada que tenha afetado a nossa estadia

Negativ: Nada

Positiv: 車站東南方出口（10號月台方向）出站後步行約5-7分，到電梯前有5-10層的階梯，週邊餐廳、超市很多，房內設備完善、空間佈置舒適溫馨，三間雙人房皆有對外窗與室內衣架、兩間淋浴、兩間獨立廁所，有洗衣機但無法烘乾衣服，隔音好，美中不足是排油煙機排風弱。

Pobyt udany - apartament godny uwagi :)

Positiv: Duży i przestronny apartament, podgrzewane podłogi w łazienkach. Największy plus to oddzielne toalety, prysznice i ich ilość :) Świetna lokalizacja - blisko parking podziemny i dworzec kolejowy.

Negativ: Jedyne pomieszczenie wspólne to kuchnia gdzie są tylko mało wygodne krzesła. Nie ma tam salonu więc postawiłabym chociaż jakąś sofę pod ścianą. Sypialnia dość ciemna bo nie działają wszystkie lampy, ale może ktoś tak lubi.

Positiv: La casa era spaziosa e munita di tutti i comfort, la posizione ottima, vicino alla stazione e al centro storico.
