Negativ: 1 WC und 1 Bad in nur einem Raum bei Belegung mit 5 Personen

Alles war super - gerne wieder!

Positiv: Wir hatten zu 5. genug Platz, das Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet, die Lage war perfekt. Online check in hat super funktioniert. Wir hatten eine Email mit Code für die Wohnung erhalten, was super fein war, so waren wir von der Ankunftszeit flexibel. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Positiv: Die Unterkunft war absolut top! Sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und komfortabel – genau wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist perfekt, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Oktoberfest entfernt und auch sonst sehr zentral gelegen. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer schnell erreichbar. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Klare Empfehlung!

Múnich a la mano, con buen servicio y atención

Positiv: La ubicación (inmejorable!), la atención y el equipamiento en general. La estadía fue muy agradable, fácil llegar y salir, con una atención rápida y amable por parte del anfitrión. Si llegas en tren no le hagas caso a Google, que te indica caminar hasta una senda peatonal, cuando se puede cruzar Sonnenstraße por abajo, entrando y saliendo de la estación de subte Karlplatz! Serán solo 200mts menos, pero con valijas y a -10°, es un montón! Soy un consumidor intensivo de café y encontrar una máquina expreso súper automática, cargada con muy buen café en granos, fue grandioso! (Las cápsulas no pueden competir con esos!); fue la frutilla del postre de los muchos complementos que tuvimos a disposición!! También me resultó muy bueno que entre las fotos estuviera el plano del departamento, eso da previsibilidad a lo que uno encontrará.

Negativ: Los equipos de lavarropas/secarropas están en el sótano y son compartidos con otras huespedes; realmente no pudimos usarlos adecuadamente, porque estuvieron todo el tiempo ocupados. Para nosotros era importante porque estábamos en el punto medio de un viaje me más de 20 días, y terminamos haciendo un lavado corto que nos mantuvo despedida hasta las 2am. El departamento tiene lugar para instalar una máquina en el mismo, deberían evaluarlo. Si bien las habitaciones son funcionales, son realmente pequeñas y no hay lugar para el equipaje, que termina desparramado por el living, quizás unos estantes detrás de la puerta de entrada servirían para guardarlos.
